The project is for Stifford Centre to run a training programme to help low paid workers improve their job prospects and retention, increase their pay and help employers to understand their employee needs more effectively. With a particular focus on Carers, self-employed and those working in retail.

The Employment Advisor will deliver the project aims to train and support low paid workers particularly carers and those in retail to improve their skills and confidence and help them to move into better paid conditions and/or job.NVQ L3 in Information, Advice and Guidance or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
ESOL Tutor
6 hours a week

(£17 per hour)
The ESOL Tutor will deliver the project aims to train and support low paid workers particularly carers and those in retail to improve their skills and confidence and help them to move into better paid conditions and/or job.Level 2 qualifications in both Literacy and Numeracy.
Level 3 or above teaching qualification in ESOL/English language teaching (desirable).
We are looking for someone who is committed, well organised, proactive and works well in a team.
